Eye test for both glasses and contact lenses was comprehensive and super informative. I work a desk job and need to correct my vision for both work and sports. They even helped fix the arm and screw of my current glasses free of charge, and helped me look for new glasses that fit the style I preferred. Did I mention they also did this on the same day, straight after my appointment? I've had to wait weeks for my glasses to be shipped to a technician for adjustments in the past. Overall very pleased.

Having good eye sight is super important and I was delighted with the service I got at 20/20 vision. I have only been there for a couple of year ( my previous independent option closed without warning which was disappointing after many years with them) So glad I found 20/20 vision who exceeded my expectations.

Very thorough eye exam with lots of explanations, advice and insights followed by a search for new frames with a very knowledgeable and helpful member of staff. Highly recommend!

Repeatedly poor service at this branch, from not being interested in selling me some new frames, to not being proactive in adjusting my wife's glasses or replacing a worn out case to keep expensive glasses safe. Go to Queen Street. Their service is outstanding.

I felt very comfortable throughout the process. I really appreciated that the practitioner explained each part of the tests as we progressed/ said WHY each one was done/pointed out potential negative aspects and that she listened to my concerns, and responded effectively ( gave me a prescription, and suggested a product which might be helpful.) I very much appreciate that there was no attempt to 'hard sell', or 'up-sell', and that I was treated with respect and empathy. The practitioner was extremely pleasant as well as being very professional. One of the best experiences I have had when having routine eye-tests! Thank you.
